Si Rosé Costa Toscana IGP 2025

The Si Rosé Costa Toscana IGP 2025 is a dry rosé made from pure Syrah grown on the coastal hills of Tuscany. It comes in at 13.0% vol., with dense fruit and a spicy edge that gives it backbone. Rather than lightness, this wine aims for structure, just as one would expect from Luca D'Attoma's signature style.

Duemani's twelve hectares lie near Riparbella, eight kilometres north of Bolgheri and the same distance from the Tuscan coast, in an amphitheatre-shaped site at 250 to 300 metres above sea level. Here, maritime influences meet a continental climate. The vines have been farmed according to Demeter guidelines since 2004, without chemical substances.

100% Syrah. Elena Celli and Luca D'Attoma founded the estate in 2000 with the aim of working biodynamically without compromise. In the cellar, amphorae, cement and terracotta are used, with intervention kept to a minimum. The wines are neither fined nor filtered, which gives them stability and longevity.

Bright salmon pink with copper reflections. On the nose, red forest berries and ripe pomegranate, alongside Mediterranean herbs and a fine peppery spice. The palate entry is juicy and vigorous, the acidity keeps the wine lively, the texture stays fine, and the finish is savoury and long.

Duemani produces only 45,000 bottles a year. Since the estate's acquisition by Le Tenute del Leone Alato in 2023, Luca D'Attoma has remained connected to it as a consultant. The Demeter logo appears on the label.
